What are the ways I can pay for my insurance premiums?
We accept payments by credit card or bank account. For credit card payments we accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit.
What is the difference between Monthly Pay, 3-Pay and Full Pay when it comes to paying for my insurance premiums?
At Imperial PFS Canada, we offer three payment solutions to best fit all needs:

Monthly Pay: your total payment plan is split into monthly installments and payments are paid on a monthly basis.

3-Pay: your total payment plan is split into three equal installments and payments are paid on a monthly basis for three months.

Full Pay: fully pay off your premium at once.
Do I have to get approved for premium financing?
Imperial PFS Canada provides pre-approved financing to our partners to offer to their clients. Please check with your broker if they are an approved Imperial PFS Canada partner.
Who do I speak to if I have any questions about my insurance policy?
For any questions you may have about your insurance policy, please speak to your Broker directly. Your broker will also be able to assist you with adding to or removing endorsements from your policy.
What do I do if my banking information or address has changed?
For any changes to your personal information, such as address or banking information, you may use our Customer Centre. The Customer Centre allows for you to view documentation, make changes to your personal information, make payments, and more, on any device.
How do I renew my insurance policy? Does my premium financing continue upon renewal?
Please contact your broker to inquire about the renewal of your insurance policy and premium financing. They will be able to assist you best!
